बिहार के वैशाली जिले के राघोपुर में मंगलवार देर शाम गंगा नदी में एक नाव पलटने से कम से कम 13 बच्चों की डूबने से मौत हो गई। हादसे के बाद बचाव अभियान शुरू किया गया। स्थानीय गोताखोरों के साथ राज्य आपदा मोचन बल (एसडीआरएफ) की टीम राहत और बचाव कार्य में जुटी है। 13 बच्चों के शव निकाले गए, सात को बचाया जिलाधिकारी वर्षा सिंह के अनुसार, हादसा रात करीब 8:30 बजे राघोपुर थाना क्षेत्र में हुआ। यह स्थान जिला मुख्यालय से लगभग 70 किलोमीटर दूर है। शुरुआती जानकारी के मुताबिक, नाव पर 15 से 20 लोग सवार थे, जिनमें ज्यादातर बच्चे थे। हालांकि, नाव में सवार लोगों की सही संख्या का पता अभी नहीं चल पाया है। PMO India (@PMOIndia) posts, “The loss of lives in the boat capsizing incident in Vaishali, Bihar, is deeply painful.
